After calling multiple people on the sunny coast I gave arrow towbars a call to have a towbar fitted to my 2015 Subaru outback. From the moment I called I was confident I was in good hands with friendly customer service offering lots of options. I live on the sunny coast and it was still more economical for me to drive down to Brisbane to have arrow towbars fit the towbar. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff and waited in the waiting room where office staff made me a cup of coffee and gave me some biscuits. The service staff me lots of Highly recommend and would certainly use these guys again for future services 🤙🏾.

I think a good business should be recognised especially they have gone out of their way to helped a customer’s purchase dated few months back . I don’t normally do reviews only on occasion I have received a tremendous and excellent service from a business like arrow towbar. I purchased a towbar kit for my Mercedes back in May 2023 and only got around to installed the bar over the weekend, it appears that the wiring harness pack from the kit does not fit my bar, I contacted arrow towbar and Steve attended the phone, his enthusiasm and professionalism blew me away and 15 min later with a call back saying a new harness will be on my way . And now that’s a great service and a genuine business that cares about their business and I think they need to be recognised . Thank you Steve and the arrow towbar team

Got a towbar fitted to my Subaru forester. Service and price was great. They have a comfortable lounge to read a book while you wait. Was done within a couple of hours and the workmanship is excellent. Very happy

They came to my place for about 100 dollars extra. They cut out part of bumper in my Jeep 🚙 + connected wiring for lights + plug. Cleaned up afterwards 👏😁 …
